We use the network to gather the data. But the intelligence runs on your metal.

[ ABOUT FLUID FORTUNE ]
Fluid Fortune is an independent forge dedicated to building mindful, useful tech. We understand the importance of large systems while also seeing their inner ironies. We operate under a core philosophy: the internet should be a resource, not a dependency, and one should never take it too seriously.
We build tools for the era of private intelligence. You connect to the network to download the payload, but if you choose, the compute itself can stay entirely on your machine. Living by the subscription model should be a choice, not a requirement.
BEHIND THE FORGE
The Court Jester of Vibe Coding
The jester was the only person in the room allowed to tell the king he was wrong. We build the tools. We write the dispatches. We deliver the roast. The bells on the hat are load-bearing.
Two inventions that didn't exist before this project. The Ghost Engine — a persistent Core 0 process that wardrives, scans BLE, and logs GPS continuously, always, regardless of what the operator is doing. The device is always collecting. The operator never has to think about it. The SPI Bus Treaty — the first named architectural standard for shared-bus arbitration on the ESP32-S3, the reason the Ghost Engine never stops. One platform. Three Tier 1 devices validated in v1.2.0 — T-Deck Plus (49 apps), T-LoRa Pager (52 apps), and Cardputer ADV (47 apps) — spanning the entire memory tier of the ESP32-S3 chip class from 8 MB PSRAM down to 320 KB internal SRAM with no PSRAM at all. Plus Tier 2 deployment to Pisces Moon Linux on obsolete x86/ARM (77 apps, Debian 13), Android APK, and the Luckfox Pico 86 Panel. Plus a complete browser-based developer ecosystem: Lety — the in-browser IDE with live preview, cloud build, and Web Serial flash to your T-Deck. Pisces Bridge — firmware that turns any $10 ESP32 dev board into a sensor that streams WiFi, BLE, LoRa, and GPS detections to any host. Ghost Partition security, local AI inference, LoRa mesh radio, GPS, and ELF module runtime — on hardware costing $45 to $350. Sovereign by design: fully functional offline, optionally networked as an edge node. Eleven engineering problems documented and solved — none of which had documented prior solutions on this hardware platform. As of May 2026, the operating system runs concurrent four-radio operation on hardware the industry treats as incapable of running an OS at all. The operator chooses.
A local AI assistant that runs entirely on your own hardware. No API keys. No data leaving your machine. You talk to it through a web browser, but the intelligence lives in your RAM. Customizable to your needs and buildable to your preferred platform. It's a coder. It's a marketing materials maker. It's a mind mapping assistant. It just needs to be trained. Don't bend to the will of AI. Make AI bend to the will of you.
RF intelligence analysis platform for wardriving datasets. Drop in a WiGLE-format CSV and get a full intelligence picture — interactive heatmap, anomaly detection, OUI vendor enrichment, persistent device tracking, and export-ready reports. No installation. No server. One HTML file.
A native application wrapper that turns any HTML/JS app into a real desktop application — without Electron's 200MB runtime, without Node.js, without an App Store. ~500 lines of native code per platform. Ships on macOS, Linux, Windows, Android, and iOS. The window.spadra.* bridge gives web apps direct access to the filesystem, serial ports, OS notifications, and hardware — including the T-Deck Plus running Pisces Moon OS. The deployment layer for the entire Fluid Fortune ecosystem.
A signal between your device and your AI. The Lighthouse is a lightweight Python server that sits between any HTTP client and your existing Claude.ai or Gemini browser session — no API key, no extra cost, no per-token billing. It types your message, waits for the response, and returns it as JSON. The AI you already pay for, with your existing Projects and memory intact, accessible from any device that can make an HTTP POST. A $60 ESP32 device. A Raspberry Pi. curl. Anything.
A standard API call returns "Hello! How can I help you today?" The Lighthouse returns a continuation of an existing relationship.
A GitHub-native website builder that runs as a single HTML file. Six themes. Six layouts. Eight section types. Multi-page with auto-generated navigation. Build complete websites and publish directly to GitHub Pages — no server, no database, no subscription, no bloat.
A local AI running on bare-metal within the Fluid Fortune private perimeter — no cloud compute, no data egress, no subscription. WozBot is a live proof-of-concept for the sovereign architecture: a quantized model running in our own RAM, served via secure tunnel. The 1970s hardware puns are a feature, not a bug.
A lightweight, GitHub-native blog editor that runs as a single HTML file in your browser. Write posts in a clean word-processor-style interface, then publish directly to your GitHub Pages blog with one click. No server. No install. No subscription. No bloat.
A philosophical and technical account of what Fluid Fortune is, why it exists, what has been built, and where it is going. Written for anyone curious enough to ask — from the non-technical reader to the hiring manager to the developer who wants to understand the architecture. Updated as the project develops.
Standalone experiments, tools, and experiences that live outside the main forge. Different audiences, different purposes — same philosophy.
VIBE CALC
vibecalc.fluidfortune.com
A calculator that answers in vibes instead of numbers. The first app shipped on the Pisces Moon Linux platform. Zero practical value. Infinite personality.
We don't just build tools. We have opinions about the world those tools exist in. Tech, AI, hardware, software, pop culture, politics, philosophy, music — and the wonderfully terrifying way it all blends together.

TECH, LIES & VIDEOTAPE
VIDEO CHANNEL
A satirical teardown of Silicon Valley's broken promises, data harvesting, and cloud-based grifts. We point out the absurdities of the tech space; Fluid Fortune builds the cure.
Long-form writing on tech, AI, hardware, software development, pop culture, politics, philosophy, and music. Not separate subjects — one conversation about how everything is connected and why that should concern you.
Two shows live now. Tech, Lies and Audiotape goes deeper on the YouTube topics. The Forge turns blog posts into audio. Subscribe via RSS or just hit play.
SAG-AFTRA PODCAST — UNOFFICIAL SPONSORS — NOW LIVE
Fluid Fortune is the unofficial sponsor of I Am An Actor — the SAG-AFTRA podcast hosted by Jamie Chung. Long-form conversations with working actors about the craft, the industry, and what it actually takes. We met the host between fares. She's the real thing. So is the show.

Built something? Ship it to us. We'll tear it apart on camera — the business model, the name, the pitch deck font choices, all of it. Publicly. With witnesses.
Here's the thing though: Weird Al parodied "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and Nirvana loved it. Getting roasted means you're worth roasting. If we come for your product, that's not an insult — that's a signal.
